The PF608 No clean Flux Gel has been formulated specifically for high temperature lead free and conventional Sn/Pb alloys. PF608 provides the fluxing activity levels that promote fast wetting action and maximum wetting spread.

Reflow - reflowable with peak temperature up to 270C in air (Nitrogen not required)
