Maximum Power for Your Reflow Production
SEHO PowerReflow is an innovative convection reflow soldering system which is featured with low investment and operation costs, and: it is the "little sister" of SEHO MaxiReflow which won the Global Technology Award 2006.
A special innovative feature of the PowerReflow is the new transport system "LowMassConveyor". Here, the conveyor rails are carried by stainless steel ropes which are tensioned throughout the entire machine. All mechanical parts inside the process area, therefore, are reduced to a minimum as the parallelism of the conveyor exclusively is achieved with the controlled tensioning mechanism. This new and innovative concept allows very slim conveyor rails and center support which are "thermally invisible".
Another advantage of the PowerReflow is the improved process gas cleaning system which enables long maintenance intervals. The contaminated process gas is extracted from all heated zones and led through a cyclone. The temperature inside the cyclone can be influenced, to allow optimum condensation. After passing through the cyclone, the cleaned process gas is directed back to the last preheat zone. Thus, one can realize very large temperature differences between the last preheating zone and the first peak zone.
Each heating zone is equipped with an innovative single-blower-technology. This new blower concept ensures in each heating zone a very homogeneous heat distribution in the upper and lower machine area and therefore guarantees perfect soldering results.
