DPF300 (Replaces DPF200) Depaneling System:
DPF300 is a manual depaneling system designed by Piergiacomi to solve needs of depanellising of individual circuits from their panel where the use of manual cutters could damage the product. The main feature of DPF300 is the fast changeover of the milling cutter and the interchangeable track (for which Piergiacomi has a patent pending). The track it is useful to quickly assist the operator to align the slot and then to drag the circuit until the cut is done. The particular shape of the track avoids damage to the assembled circuit. The particular shape gives a total protection against possible incidents according safety rules. Piergiacomi designed and realised this new DPF300 to solve problems due to stress, break or tearing out of PCB’s fibres that often occur using standard blades or manual tools and that with the increasing complexity and miniaturisation it is not well tolerated. DPF200’s built in vacuum/dust collection system allows to place the system easily and quickly in each working table.
