Qualitek 798LF Water Soluble Lead Free Solder Paste
Qualitek 798LF Water Soluble Lead Free Solder Paste is a high quality paste where the requirement is for cleaning of the assembled Printed Circuit Boards.
The flux residues which must be removed is easily achieved with the use of Hot DI Water (60 C degrees) (See Technical Data Sheet)
Available in the following alloy powder compositions:

LF955-38 - SAC387 (Sn95.5/Ag3.8/Cu0.7)
Available in particle sizes Type 3 (25-45um) and Type 4 (20-38um).
