Techcon System's 700 Series Premier dispensing syringe barrels are silicone and chloride- free and designed to work with industry standard equipment. The syringe barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Features a double Helix Luer lock for secure dispense tip attachment. Available in 3 colors: Natural for most generic applications, Amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm), but with the ability to see material inside the syringe barrel, and Black for total light block. Maximum operating pressure 100 psi is (6.9bar).

Designed to securely clip over the large end of the syringe barrel ensuring no contaminants come into contact with the area behind the air powered piston, during storage and shipment. Made from polyethylene.

Receiver Head Assemblies are the connecting link between dispensers/controllers and Syringe barrels. They provide a safe connection for accident proof dispensing and made available with 6 feet (183cm's) of air tubing. The assembly consists of the receiver head with fitted Viton® o-ring, tubing and male quick connector. Sold individually. Maximum operating pressure 100psi (6.9bar).

Pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing.  Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).

"Easy Flow" Pistons (blue) are recommended for most general applications and they ensure no material residue is left on the syringe barrel walls while dispensing.

Wiper Pistons (white) are a tighter fit for use with very low viscosity fluid or with mechanical devices such as the TS700 manual syringe gun to prevent leakage past the double wiping edges.

Straight Wall Pistons (red) are recommended for reduced stringing and "bouncing" with high viscosity products.

Techcon Systems is pleased to introduce new manual plungers and pistons for the 700 Series Syringe Barrels. The new manual syringe assemblies provide simple and quick dispensing solutions without the need for compressed air. Molded from Polypropylene resin, manual plungers are compatible with a wide range of dispensing fluids.

Pistons are made from thermoplastic rubber and are available in dry or with lubrication.

The manual plungers and pistons are available in 4 sizes: 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and are conveniently packaged in boxes of 50 pcs

The tapered tip series designed with a double helix threads and universal luer lock to provide secure connection to industrial syringes or dispense valves. The Double Helix TT Series Dispensing Tips are recommended for applications where dispensing medium and high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and consistency is required.  A smooth internal fluid path designed reduces turbulence flow, prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by "back pressure" built up.  The flash free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing.  And for the first time in the industry, the 27-gauge is available to make micro-dots dispensing possible.

Standard tapered tip series is made of Polyethylene with UV-light block additive.

Rigid tapered tip is recommended for automation applications and is made of Popypropylene with opaque color to provide UV protection.

The tapered tip series is silicone and chloride-free with a maximum operating pressure 100psi (6.9bar).
